5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, because products are perishable and prepared quickly.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the payment (except where our Refund policy states otherwise).

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We package products to preserve freshness and avoid damage.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier performance or unforeseen events.

  • Destiny is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Refund, Return & Replacement

Refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Summary:

  • No returns or refunds once products are delivered.

  • Replacements only for damaged/tampered deliveries with mandatory unboxing video and notification within 24 hours.

8. Allergies & Liability

  • Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, seeds, or other allergens. Customers must check labels and ingredient information.

  • Destiny is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from product consumption.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

All website content (brand name, logo, images, text, design) is owned by Destiny. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.
