Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Destiny. We aim to deliver fresh, premium-quality dry fruits and seeds to your doorstep with safe and timely shipping.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–15 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Metro cities usually receive orders earlier, while remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistic issues, festivals, or unforeseen courier restrictions.

📍 Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • If your pincode is unserviceable, our team will contact you for an alternate solution.

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order values.

🧐 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link/ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

  • Customers can track the shipment live until delivery.

📮 Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Destiny is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a shipment returns due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipment charges.

📦 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner usually attempts delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the customer is unavailable or does not respond, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Refunds are not applicable for RTO orders as per our No Refund policy.

🛑 Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • Destiny is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

  • In case the order is not delivered within 15 days from dispatch, customers may contact us for assistance.

🧿 Damaged Products

If the parcel is received in a damaged or tampered condition, refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement claim.
