Refund & Exchange Policy

At Destiny, we take utmost care in maintaining the quality, hygiene, and freshness of our dry fruits and seeds. As these are food-grade, perishable products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Replacement Policy (For Damaged Products Only)

We only offer a replacement in the rare event that a product is delivered damaged or tampered.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, exterior condition, and the opening of the parcel in one continuous shot without any cuts.

  • Without the unboxing video, no replacement will be processed.

No Refund / No Return

  • We do not accept returns of products once delivered.

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, as the products are consumable.

📩 How to Request a Replacement

If your product meets the replacement criteria:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, unboxing video, and issue details.

  3. After verification, a replacement will be arranged.

⚠️ Replacement Will Not Be Provided If:

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • Product is partially consumed

  • Complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Packaging is discarded before recording proof

  • Minor variations in color, size, or natural appearance (as dry fruits are natural products)
